Version 1.2 of The Exit

Hello everyone! I am excited to present to you the devlog for version 1.2 of my game. In this version, I have introduced several new features and improvements that will make the gaming experience even more engaging. Here's a summary of the major changes made:

• Main Menu Update: I have expanded the main menu to include different difficulty options. Players can now choose from various challenges, ranging from easy to hard mode. This allows customizing the gameplay experience based on each player's preferences.
• Game Mode Update: Previously, the game mode consisted of three levels in a row to complete. However, I have made a significant change to this mode by now offering a single level for each selected difficulty. This allows players to focus on a single challenge and gradually progress towards higher difficulty levels.
• Addition of Hardcore Difficulty: For the more daring players, I have introduced the new hardcore difficulty. This mode is still a work in progress but has been included in version 1.2 of the game to provide a more challenging and rewarding experience. If you crave an extreme experience, hardcore difficulty is for you.
• Addition of the Shouting Mechanic: One of the exciting new features I have introduced is the mechanic where the monster can hear you if you shout. Now, when players use the microphone, the monster becomes aware of their presence and starts to chase them. This mechanic adds an element of tension and strategy as players must be careful not to attract the attention of the monster during their gameplay.

I am constantly working on improving the hardcore difficulty and further refining the shouting mechanic. I am always open to suggestions and feedback from players to make the game even more engaging.
